Tier 2 Engineer – Infrastructure Support 1st / 2nd Line
My client is a leading IT Solutions Provider looking for a expereince 2nd Line technical support to provide high level technical and infrastructure support to various international business.
You will need to be competent in
- Active Directory, DNS, LANDesk, Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- tablets, iPads, mobile devices, laptops and desktops
- most Microsoft Windows desktop environments
- Microsoft Office (O365, 2010, 2013, 2016) and applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- working in a project and working to deadlines.
The job holder must also have a Full UK Driving license and Passport
The job holder will be preferred to have:
- ITIL certification at foundation level
- MS accreditation
- Office 365 experience
- Apple Device experience including MacBook’s
- Cisco Network experience
