Technical Support Engineer
A leading Managed Services Provider, looking to expand their technical division and maintain their high level of customer services to their varied range of clients. As Technical Support Engineer, you will be first line defence to most 1st and 2nd Line technical faults.
You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd Line IT technical support to a diverse assortment of customers on a regular basis. Its important that you ware a team player, energetic with strong technical background and troubleshooting / fault diagnosis experience.
You will have a strong technical background in
- Microsoft Server 2008 / 2012, 2016
- Office 365
- Exchange Server 2010, 2013, 2016
- Azure AD / Platform
- Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS)
