Technical Support Engineer
My client is an established UK brand looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer, to provide both 1st line and 2nd Line support to over 1000+ users across their well established brands.
Ideally you will have a competent knoweldge of Active Directory, including managing GPO as well as VMWare virtual environments. Experince with Microsoft Server platforms and Windows desktop is a must. Working knoweldge of ITIL framework is good to have, but certifications to Foundation level is an option.
