Systems Support Engineer – Office 365
My client is growing (£1.7b turnover) and fast based business, looking for a expereinced 2nd Line / Systems Support Engineer, responsible for the support, maintenance and project delivery of over 250 users on a Windows platform.
You will have a strong experience within IT support, incident management – troubleshooting Windows and Office based applications in a corporate environment. Expereince of Office 365 / Microsoft 365 migration and administration is essential
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar 2nd/3rd Line role
- Strong Active Directory user/group administration skills
- Demonstrable fault-finding skill and knowledge of troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Office and corporate IT equipment
- Experience of supporting Office365 in a multi-site, multi-domain environment
- Experience of working in a 24/7 businesses and the flexibility to join an out-of-hours on call rota (on call payment awarded)
