About The Client
A market leading Main Contractor who have been established for over 25 years and deliver new build, refurbishment and maintenance of social housing stock across the North of England. They have an excellent reputation in the housing sector, with long standing relationships with key clients and consultants in the region. They get repeat business from their clients and aim to offer an excellent service when delivering the projects.
About The Role
You will join as a Site Manager and take ownership of an externals contract carrying out re-roofing, window and door replacement, external wall insulation and cladding. You will be Number 1 on the Projects and oversee the full scheme from start to handover. You will ensure that the project is delivered safely, to programme and to the highest standard of finish.
What You Need To Succeed
You must be honest, hardworking and have a proven track record of success. You must have a proven track record of delivering social housing refurbishment schemes and have check-able references for such projects. Ideally you will have a trade background, and you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
What You’ll Get In Return
You will be offered a long term (20 week minimum) freelance contract offering a very good rate of pay. You will be an important member of the team and take responsibility for driving the company forward. If you prove yourself to be a value to the business you may be offered long term/permanent work.
