About the Company

One of Manchester’s leading civil engineering contractors who specialise in earthworks, highways and road construction are expanding their commercial team due to a big order book across their civils, roads and highways businesses. The company are family owned and have been established for over 50yrs. They have excellent staff retention figures and can offer clear career progression to strong candidates.

Their civil engineering expertise covers enabling works, infrastructure, drainage, reinstatement and hard and soft landscaping and they have delivered projects successfully across the highways, earthworks, rail and metrolink sectors.

About the Role

If you are a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 7yrs experience in civils, roads & highways and are familiar with NEC Forms of Contract then this is a good opportunity to join a well established contractor with an excellent reputation in its sectors.

What you Need to Succeed

You must hold a degree in Quantity Surveying and have industry experience of at least 7yrs to be considered for this position. You must be a strong negotiator, and experienced in NEC Forms of Contract. You must also be a good team player and ideally have experience in managing Framework accounts.
