About the Client
A market leading Main Contractor who have been established for over 20yrs and deliver new build, fit out and refurbishments of projects in the Leisure and Commercial sectors, across the North West. They have an excellent reputation in their field, with long standing relationships with key clients and consultants in the region. They get repeat business from their clients and aim to offer an excellent service when delivering the projects. The company is divided into separate divisions, including refurbishment, high end fit outs, and new build.
About the Role
You will join the refurb & fitout division as a Projects Manager, and be responsible for managing multiple projects on a site in Skegenss. You will report into the Directors, and be responsible for liaising with site teams on each project, which will consist of a Site Manager, Site Engineer, Commercial Manager and support staff. You will ensure that projects are delivered safely, to programme and to the highest standard of finish.
What you need to succeed
You must be honest, hardworking and have a proven track record of success. You will ideally be North West or Skegness based, have a CV which demonstrates steady career progression, ideally from a fit out and refurbishment background, through Site Management on refurbishment projects, up to your current level as a Projects Manager / Coordinator. You must have a proven track record of success in the Leisure sector, and have checkable references for such projects. You must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. You must have a strong and assertive personality, and be a confident and clear communicator with clients, colleagues and contractors.
