Operations Analyst / Application Support
My client is an international business, looking to further enhance their Operations Support team as a Operations Analyst / Application Support Analyst. You will be providing front line service, support and incident management to their prestigious clients. You will also parcipate in monitoring and management of their cloud based services and operational infrastructure.
You will have a strong IT Application Support experience, ideally within Microsoft Azure platform, in a customer facing role; knowledge and understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS or relaed technologies; experience in HyperV or VMWare and PowerShell
