Liaison Officer – Main Contractor – City Centre Project – Liverpool – 12 Month Contract – £25,000 – £30,000
A Main Contractor is undertaking a complex and prestigious project in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. The project is a high value extensive refurbishment of a Listed Building.
The client is a well established and reputable Main Contractor with a strong market presence in the North West region.
The project site team consists of a site based Contracts Manager who heads up the project, and below him is an experienced team of Project & Site Managers, Commercial Team and sub contractors.
As Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for communicating with surrounding businesses and residents, keeping parties updated on the progress of the project, as well as logistical updates.
You must be a clear communicator and have experience in a tenant or resident liaison role. You must have strong admin skills and be computer literate. Possession of a CSCS Card would be beneficial for the role.
