IT Support Engineer
My client is a growning and progressing IT Managed Services provider, looking to expand their successfull Support team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide exceptional 1st / 2nd line technical assistance and customer service to their diverse clients.
You’ll need experience in –
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
- Windows desktop 10/8.1/7
- Office 365
- VMware (desirable)
- TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPNs
- Resolving customer issues via a ticketing system.
- Working to SLAs.
- Networking and network devices such as Cisco or HP.
- Switching, routing, firewalls preferably Cisco Meraki.
