Our client, a specialist repairs and refurbishment contractor, are looking to recruit an experienced Claims Handler to work in their busy Customer Service team in the Lostock area of Bolton.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual possessing a passion for ensuring excellent customer service with great organisational skills and can work under pressure to meet client Service Level Agreements.
The role includes keeping a number of web based systems fully up to date whilst corresponding with our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for their own customers, ensuring the needs of the customer and client are met at all times.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, excel and word essential.
Previous experience in Insurance is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
28 days holiday per annum (Including Bank Holidays) Salary: £17K
