Customer Service Assistant

We have a number of fantastic opportunities with immediate start available.
Your role will be to:
- deliver fantastic customer service to ensure customers’ needs are not just met but exceeded through fantastic customer service
- You will be responsible for the full vehicle handover including processing all paperwork, finance sign ups and vehicle demonstrations.
- Building a strong rapport and offering a bespoke service to each and every customer dependant on their needs
- Working as part of a team to ensure customer service (NPS) targets are met on a monthly basis.
You will need to have a proven track record of strong customer service and be really passionate about delivering a great service for our customers, this can be from any industry, whether you have worked in retail, hospitality or any other customer facing role.
Salary £8.75 per hour
Hours: 5 days out of 7 on a rota. Some weekend working will be required
This is a temporary to permanent vacancy meaning following completion of 12 weeks; permanent opportunities are subject to the client’s requirements.
